Securing Accountability

The Catholic Principals' Council of Ontario (CPCO) pillar of "Securing Accountability" emphasizes the responsibility of school leaders fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring that all students have equitable opportunities for learning and success. The pillar stresses the importance of creating an environment where every student, regardless of background, feels valued and supported (Formation). Accountability involving data-informed decision making, monitoring and evaluating student outcomes for improvement, (Information) and open communication with stakeholders are also highlighted to secure accountability of the school leaders and maintain a trusting and faith-centered leadership (Transformation).
